In addition, it is possible to control the quality of services provided and to obtain information on the implementation of programs on capital repairs, resettlement of dilapidated housing and upgrading of utilities infrastructure.
Earlier, the Russian government imposed a moratorium on the accrual and penalty debts for utility services until January 1, 2021.
