This decision helped to create a safe and comfortable area for clients to observe the rule of social distance. Moreover, waiters places in special masks and gloves take out food on long boards, which allows to avoid close contact with visitors.
the restaurant’s Founder Willem Velthoven told reporters that the greenhouse was in place even before the pandemic — within them they held various exhibitions and art projects. In the new conditions of life of the greenhouse decided to use as individual booths to receive clients, and this idea was liked by all.
