The President has signed the decree about rewarding with the state awards.
The medal of Honor noted the Director of the Department of information and press of the foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzia and Ambassador-at-large of the foreign Ministry Andrei Avetisyan. The reward they received for their great contribution to the implementation of the foreign policy of the Russian Federation and many years of diligent diplomatic service.
For the big contribution to development of domestic culture and art, many years of fruitful activity award "For merits before Fatherland of II degree" will be awarded to the conductor Yuri Bashmet.
