Russia’s Investigative Committee reported that in respect of the Governor of Khabarovsk territory Sergey Furgala vozbuzhdeno criminal case under several articles of the Criminal code.
He was detained by investigators of the Investigative Committee together with employees of FSB of Russia. He is accused of committing crimes under part 3 of article 30, part 3 of article 33 and paragraph “b”, “g”, “h” of part 2 of article 105; part 3 of article 33, PP “a”, “b”, “g”, “h” of part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code.
As specified, he is suspected of organizing and the attempted murder of several businessmen.
According to the TFR, we are talking about the murder of Eugene entrepreneurs dawns and Oleg Bulatov. In 2019, on suspicion of the murders, was detained a former business partner Furgala ex-Deputy Nikolai Mistryukov.
in Addition to Mistrikova was arrested three more, as it is now according to the TFR, accomplices Furgala: Marat Kadyrov, Alexander Kurapov and Andrew Paley.
