– I can’t see my children in it, says the mother. Parents and educators care for the reopening.

Children and staff must wash hands at regular intervals – at least every other hour.

In crèches and kindergartens children must only play with children from their own living room, and they sit at tables, they need to be placed with two meters spacing.

this is a selection of some of the new guidelines from the Danish Health and medicines authority, such as schools and day care centers must comply with, when they open after easter.

But instead of creating safety, so many parents are insecure, says Signe Nielsen, who is the president of the Parents ‘ Landsorganisation, Fola.

– Many ask how the staff must achieve all of the extra cleaning and hand washing. Are there even space to give the kids a hug and make sure that they are allowed to play with each other? Or is it just pure storage?

– I think that will be a part of the parents, which will continue to let their children be at home, she says.

Among the concerns is the family Skovbo in the Funder at Silkeborg.

– I can’t see my children in it. I don’t have it good in the stomach with it, says Anne-Mette Skovbo Eggertsen to TV2 Østjylland.

Her youngest child, Hugo, on the two years in daycare, and her oldest, Noah is in kindergarten. But they must not leave.

– I just can’t see how the staff should handle it, with the rating they have. And also with protective equipment, as we are talking about, they need to have. What if the kids settle, and they must have a hug? she asks.

Also on the social media aired the concerns, both among parents and staff. A user writes:

– I am like a kindergarten teacher, deeply shocked to learn that we are in the midst of a global pandemic will be asked to open nurseries and kindergartens again.

– We’ll get by the authorities to know that we must keep a distance, and that more than ten people are not allowed to congregate. But just exactly what we obviously know is not possible to do in a kindergarten. So we is therefore an exception.
