The Committee for architecture and urban planning of Moscow has approved the project of multifunctional residential complex on the former territory of badayevsky Zavod. It will be built on a plot area of 6 hectares. The concept was designed by Swiss architectural office Herzog & de Meuron.The project involves the creation of social infrastructure and urban open spaces.
