In one part of the emergencies Ministry in the Novosibirsk region authorities were ordered to cut the grass with nail scissors. Employees part of the order is executed, and at the same time filmed the video. The order came after the part called for a special Commission. Apparently the remark was made over a neglected territory. Here and thus decided to punish the employees. All events are reminded of the military anecdotes in which employees paint the grass, put a snow cubes, collect rain water with a shovel, and do other strange actions before the arrival of the authorities. Although, according served users of social networks, this is not jokes, but real stories.
