Lawyer Elman Pashayev called PR statement by musician Stas Beleckogo about what he drank together with actor Mikhail Yefremov in the day of the fatal accident, and denied his words about what he allegedly was at the moment of collision in the car.
Baretsky said on Friday RIA Novosti that he was drinking with Ephraim in the day of the accident on the Garden ring, but since the accident, does not remember. The musician also commented on his previous statement, which was circulated by the media, that he was with Ephraim in the car. According to him, after that he got a call from law enforcement.
"I got a call from the commander in chief. Say, "On the cameras you were not". Yes, there was" confirmed Baretsky.
Pashayev, who protects the interests of Ephraim, called a new application the musician’s PR and denied his words about the car.
"It is not true. Efremov in the car was one" – the lawyer added.
Efremov on the evening of 8 June on the Garden ring in Moscow behind the wheel of a Jeep Grand Cherokee drove into the oncoming lane and collided with "Lada", which driver, courier online-shop Sergey Zakharov, died from his injuries in the hospital. The Moscow Prosecutor’s office stated that the actor at the time of the accident was in a condition of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication. Efremov is under house arrest, for traffic violations committed in a state of intoxication and entailed on imprudence death of the person, to it threatens imprisonment for the term from five till 12 years.
A few days after the accident Efremov recorded a video message and asked for forgiveness from the family Zakharov and promised help if "accept". The lawyer of the injured party Alexander Dobrovinsky has told RIA Novosti that Zakharov’s family did not accept the apology of Ephraim and not accept his financial help.
