MOSCOW, may 29. /TASS/. Authorized under the RF President on the rights of the child Anna Kuznetsova proposes to adopt measures restricting sales in pharmacies abortively drugs. This is stated in the report of Ombudsman for children in 2019, the text of which is available to TASS.

it is Also proposed to take measures aimed at changing the system of financing of medical institutions, where “hospitals are interested in preserving the child, and not the provision of services for the artificial termination of pregnancy”.

Kuznetsova is also working on a draft Federal law that will establish the legal status of large family in Russia.
“With the aim of creating favourable conditions for families with children in Russia by the Commissioner, together with the Federation Council, concerned departments, community representatives is working on a draft Federal law “On the legal status of large families in the Russian Federation”, — stated in the report.
it is Noted that the practical result of the adoption of the law should be “the establishment of the legal status of a large family”, including information on such families in the Federal register of large families.
