Increased mortality in the first half of 2020. It happened because of the pandemic coronavirus, explained the head of Roszdravnadzor Alla Samoilov.
“unfortunately, the operational data for the first half show that we are seeing increased mortality. Mainly this is due, of course, with the novel coronavirus infection, but not in all the regions, the picture looks the same” — quoted by TASS Samoilov.
She said that mortality is unevenly distributed in different regions of Russia. Was negatively affected by the fact that sometimes occurred crossing the sick, says the head of Roszdravnadzor. This happened because of using the same scanners for examination of healthy people and patients with COVID. There are areas where the number of deaths exceeding 1000 in a subject, said Samoilov.
Violations in the treatment of coronavirus found, in particular, in the Sverdlovsk region. Because of this, the local Minister of health may lose career.
