the Ural scientists have learned to produce high-yielding feed based on waste crops and poultry: microorganisms transform them enriched with protein and probiotics diet. The output is an inexpensive and effective “sports nutrition” for fish, poultry and cattle, told in a press-service of the Ural Federal University.

As explained by Director of SPC “Uralbiovet” Dmitry Savinykh, raw materials are pen and entrails of birds. Digestibility resulting from processing of feed up to 80 percent versus traditional thirty, if we are talking about animal proteins.

“Is almost a closed loop, waste-free production. And with the help of microorganisms solves the problem of shortage of animal protein in the diet of farm animals, poultry and in aquaculture. The normal diet provided three times a smaller amount of animal protein,” – said the expert.

That is, to rapid weight gain animals need a small amount of food. Important economic component of the methodology: it does not imply the construction of plants. Only need, said Deputy Director of the center for work with the enterprises of the Ural Federal University Alexander Cherepanov, develop, and bring microorganisms for each type of waste. It just now puzzled scientists.

Interest in development was expressed by the leadership of one of the largest poultry farms of Sverdlovsk, in which asset – population of four million birds. “Each additional gram of meat together gives annually tens of tons of growth and millions of rubles of proceeds”, – noted in the company.
