In medical documents, the actor Mikhail Efremov, who became responsible for a deadly accident, appears a stroke, writes TASS with reference to lawyer Elman Pashayev.
"the Doctors gave Ephraim a preliminary diagnosis of stroke. It is said in those medical records that I have seen", – said Pashayev.
The lawyer stressed that the actor will not be able tomorrow, August 17, to participate in the trial on the complaint, but may come to the meeting on the 18th.
Ephraim was taken to Botkin hospital on August 11, when he became ill during a court session in Presnensky district of Moscow. Later, the lawyer for the actor said that Yefremov was having a stroke. August 15, the artist was discharged from the hospital.
The artist takes on the case of a fatal accident, which occurred in Central Moscow on the evening of 8 June. In the accident died, and in the blood of Ephraim found alcohol and traces of drugs. Now the actor faces up to 12 years of imprisonment. He had originally pleaded guilty, but then the defense changed tactics and now the actor pleaded not guilty.
