“In the Solntsevo at Rodnikovaya str., VL. 5A started the construction of residential houses for resettlement under the program of renovation. Already received a construction permit, currently there is a fence of the construction site, device, home town and temporary roads. The commissioning is planned in 2022”, — are reported words of the head of Department Rafik Zagrutdinova.
It is noted that the building has been designed 1 thousand 44 apartments (Studio — 458, Suite 424, three — room- 162). Total area of apartments will be 57 961,8 thousand sq. m.
