In the state Duma proposed a bill according to which crimes against people over 75 years of age is considered an aggravating circumstance, said the document designer, member of state Duma Committee on social policy, labor and veterans Affairs Svetlana Bessarab. This writes the "news".

It is noted that changes can tap "s" article 63 of the Criminal code (circumstances aggravating punishment).

According to the Prosecutor General, last year against older persons committed 177,5 thousand crimes. Most often pensioners become victims of fraud or receive a physical injury.
