Deputy of the lower house of the Russian Parliament Boris Mendelevich, part of the Duma Committee on health protection, considers it necessary to keep Russia on a permanent basis the possibility of extending disability remotely for certain categories of citizens, and after removing with coronavirus new type of restrictive measures.

About the MP wrote in a letter to the Minister of labour and social protection Anton Khotkovo.

In early April, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced that he had signed the decision of the Cabinet on the correspondence examination for disability before October 1 of the current year. This initiative generated a lot of positive feedback countrymen, the author of the message.
