The owner of the saunas in Saint-Petersburg have forbidden to include songs, TV presenter and singer Olga Buzova. As reported RIA Novosti, this decision was made by the Thirteenth arbitration court of appeal of the city.
The company “Archer music productions”, who produced Buzova, demanded from the owner of the health complex 348 thousand rubles for illegal use of the three songs in the jukebox that is installed in the sauna. The court sided with the company, but the owner of the sauna, the businessman Georgy Aronov, filed an appeal. However, the complaint was dismissed.
According to the court, the owner of the sauna without permission used songs Buzova “Fly”, “People didn’t believe” and “Used” by adding them to the jukebox. One of the evidence of violations made video from the sauna, where in the background I heard the song leading.
