Funds from the sale of recyclables will go to the Charity Fund “Volunteers in aid to children-orphans”. This was told in the press service of the regional operator of “Ecoline”.

As the press service, the funds collected from the sale of recyclable materials it is planned to purchase rehabilitation equipment for foster children with special needs.

As told in the charity Fund “Volunteers in aid to children-orphans”, standing frames, walkers, exercise machines and strollers gives a chance for restoration of functions, but most importantly help children become as independent. “Together with doctors every child gets the technician with the necessary functionality. It makes his life freer and happier, says Anna Vinogradova, one of the initiators of the project and Vice President of the Fund “Volunteers in aid to children-orphans”.

in order to participate in the project on the territory of the city you can take the collected covers in a sealed five-liter bottles from under the water. It is a prerequisite – the only way they will get to sorting and recycling.

“We serve more than 5 million people and 18 million businesses and organizations annually collecting more than 1.9 million tonnes of waste. 100% of the waste stream being sorted. 25 components of recyclable materials are transferred for recycling. 20% of the waste stream is sent for processing – this compares with 38 thousand garbage trucks that do not go to the landfill, – says the Deputy Director General Ecoline Elena Vishnyakova. In just a year and a half of our participation in the project, we have collected 20 thousand tons of caps.
