a Resident Indian Kendujhar County, state of Odisha, were found in the woods a rare two-headed snake. This publication reports the Daily Star.

Photographer and lover of wildlife Mohali Rakesh (Rakesh Mohalick) found in the forest two-headed snake. Reptile length — 14 inches, she has two fully formed heads: at each of two eyes and one tongue.

Both of its heads are independent from each other and fight for food with each other. Mahalik told that such beings are not easy to survive in the wild. “One of her head developed a little stronger than the other”, — he noted.

Mohali released the snake into the woods.

Such anomalies are rare — born two-headed one out of 100 thousand living beings in the world. In many cultures, two-headed animals are considered to be harbingers of catastrophes.

Earlier it was reported that a tiger snake caught in a suburb of the Australian city of Melbourne, Victoria, gave birth to two-headed calf. Snake catcher caught the reptile in the yard of a private house.
