According to the document, from may 24, 2020, stay in Observatory citizens who arrived in the region without verified reasons will be paid from their personal funds.

Expenses related to the stay, including laboratory research on COVID-19, are paid by the citizens”, – stated in the document.

with regard to citizens visiting the Republic of Crimea on the work required, their presence in Observatory will also be paid, however, expenses related to the stay and laboratory studies on COVID-19, should be paid by the employer.
