The Schlager musicians Marianne and Michael Hartl have been considered an absolute dream couple since their wedding in 1979 at the latest. They are also a well-rehearsed team professionally and have competed in the Grand Prix of Folk Music in the past, presenting numerous television formats such as the “Superhitparade der Volksmusik” and “Christmas with Marianne and Michael”. On March 10th, the shocking news suddenly followed: Michael suffered a stroke!

The 73-year-old was then rushed to a clinic and operated on. After the operation, Michael was even in a coma for days! A difficult situation – especially for his wife Marianne, who still does not leave her lover’s side. Around two months after the terrible incident, Hartl is now openly revealing how he is doing.

As the folk musician explained to the “Bild” newspaper, he can hardly remember the stroke and the days in an artificial coma. Michael Hartl said: “When I woke up from the coma, I didn’t know where I was at first. I couldn’t formulate sentences. Nothing worked for me anymore.” The 73-year-old continued: “I wanted to ask where Marianne is. But I couldn’t. I realized from the clinic environment that something bad must have happened to me.”

What a horror show! But the brave hit star didn’t give up courage and fought his way back to life. He admitted to “Bild”: “I had to learn to speak and walk again.” How is he doing today? “My right side is still affected. I take a little more uneven steps.” At the same time, Michael Hartl revealed that he has certain concerns to contend with: “I’m afraid of having a stroke again. My doctor says that can happen in the first three months afterward.”

He played 172 times for the German national basketball team. Ademola Okulaja died suddenly at the age of 46.

Maxime Herbord’s successor has been found: In the new season of “The Bachelorette”, Sharon Battiste goes man-hunting. The 30-year-old should already be known to some TV viewers.

Will Margot Robbie soon become a pirate? According to “Pirates of the Caribbean” producer Jerry Bruckheimer, talks are in progress with the Hollywood star. Robbie would succeed Johnny Depp.
