On the background of improvement of pedemontanum in Moscow 20 more clinics, which were deployed outpatient CT centers, returned to planned patients, said the Deputy mayor of Moscow on issues of social development Anastasia Rakova.
"all buildings have conducted a thorough disinfection of premises and all employees were tested for coronavirus infection. The clinic has already received its first patients and they recovered a scheduled appointment. Thus, we derived from working with coronavirus is already 32, that is, more than 65% of the CT centers, the patient flow continues to decrease – the pressure on the existing 16 centres fell by 27%," she said.
Previously on 32 CT centers were the examination only patients with symptoms of SARS, suspected community-acquired pneumonia and coronavirus infection, for routine visits to these buildings were closed.
Since the beginning of the work in all CT centers was conducted more than 189 thousand studies that helped doctors to diagnose disease and determine treatment – at home or in the hospital.
Currently in Moscow operates 16 CT centers that fully covers the current requirements of precision in the diagnosis of patients with suspected coronavirus infection. Due to the stabilization of the epidemiological situation, the patient flow continues to decline.
Previously 12 outpatient CT centers have returned to our scheduled patients.
