Speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has asked the Central Bank to explain to the Russians why the distribution of money in certain countries will not help the people, and said that the benefits for Americans will not cover health insurance. “as for the example of the United States, they give to citizens that cannot help them”, – said Volodin during a videoconference with the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina.
According to him, “experience has shown” that the health care system in Russia works better than in the US, although American medicine is something ahead of the Russian.
Volodin said that 27 million US citizens has no medical insurance, and for connection to a ventilator they will need 72 thousand dollars.

Nabiullina said that the Russian government is providing targeted support to citizens and business.
