MOSCOW, 5 may — RIA Novosti. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the resolution about the liberation of regions from the payment of the charges on the budgetary credits in 2020 due the spread of a new coronavirus infection. Relevant document published on the government website.
“In 2020, the regions are completely exempt from repayment of the debt. In 2021-2024 years will pay 5% of the debt each year in 2025-2029 years — the balance in equal installments with an option for early repayment”, — stated in the certificate to the document.
Tools, which will be released in 2020, the subjects will be able to guide in the fight against coronavirus, and also to compensation of decrease of tax and non-tax revenues. This will ensure the sustainability of the regional budgets in the conditions of difficult socio-economic situation.
In Russia, COVID-19 diagnosed 145 286 people, of which 1356 were killed and more than 18 thousand recovered. In the world, according to the world health organization, the coronavirus has infected at least 3.3 million people, 240 thousand of them died.
