The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation formed the Department of regulation of property relations, tax policy Department and the Department of customs policy and regulation of the alcohol market. This is stated in a Friday press service of the Ministry.
The Director of the Department for regulation of property relations is assigned to Andrei Vorontsov. Coordination and control activities of the Department has Deputy Minister Alexei Moiseev.
"the Department is responsible for the implementation of the functions of the Ministry of Finance of Russia on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of property relations, with the exception of civil turnover of immovable property. Among the main tasks – implementation of powers of the owner of the property, the regulation of procedure of registration of property in state and municipal ownership. The realization of the rights of the Russian Federation in the sphere of privatization of state and municipal property", – stated in the message text.
The Department also disposes of seized property, subject to appeal to the state property in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Department participates in the implementation of the Ministry of Finance for coordination and control activities of its subordinate Federal Agency for state property management (Rosimushchestvo).
Director, tax policy Department, assigned to Danil Volkov. Coordination and control activities of the Department is exercised by the state Secretary – Deputy Minister Alexey Sazanov. The Director of the Department of customs policy and regulation of the alcohol market appointed Nikita Zolkin. Coordination and control activities of the Department also carries out Alexei Sazanov.
