The Russian Communists did not want to repent for the transfer to Ukraine of the Crimea and Sevastopol after the call of the speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. The Communist party reminded the chair of the lower house of Parliament that it was internal rotation of the territories.
It noted that a politician has the opportunity to “make some political statements”, but in this matter he suggests “the shadow of the fence” as anybody the Crimean Peninsula did not give.
The Soviet Union recovered after the Russian Empire fell apart. And that territorial integrity is strengthened in all possible ways.

He also expressed the opinion that the adoption of the law “will cool a hot head.”
