The founder of social network Vkontakte and messenger Telegram Pavel Durov gave up under the pressure of U.S. authorities and refused to own the project, the blockchain platform TON (Telegram Open Network). About it the businessman said in his Telegram channel.
“Today is a sad day for us, the staff of the Telegram. We announce the termination of our blockchain project”, — wrote Durov.
