Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin urged Russians to temporarily refrain from trips abroad. On Monday, may 25, reports TASS.

Speaking at a meeting of the Presidium of the coordination Council for the fight against the spread of coronaviruses, the Prime Minister asked the Russians “to take the time to plan a foreign vacation,” to eliminate the risk of importation into the country.

As noted Mishustin, Russia has achieved “definite successes” in the fight against coronavirus, and don’t forget that initially COVID-2019 has been imported by tourists from abroad.

“a Safer and better place to spend a vacation in the country”, — concluded the head of government.

Earlier it was reported that the state Duma called the provisional date for the opening of Russian resorts after the pandemic coronavirus. According to the forecast of the Chairman of the Committee on physical culture, sport, tourism and youth Affairs Mikhail Degtyarev, it will happen on 1 July. By this time in the country will resume flights air and ground transport and in resort towns will open hotels.
