She told that to obtain such antibodies used blood samples of donors who recover from COVID-19, and used a unique technology of sorting of single B-lymphocytes. New antibodies block interaction of virus and receptor АСЕ2, preventing the virus in target cells.
Scientists hope that their research will further help in the creation of means of specific therapy and prevention COVID-19, and for the improvement of vaccines.
