The Russians filed, and the Supreme court (SC) of Russia has registered a lawsuit challenging the vote on the amendments to the Constitution 1 July. About it reports “Interfax”.

In January, as reported by “the Rambler”, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin proposed to make the Constitution a number of changes. A nationwide vote on the amendments was scheduled for April 22, but was postponed because of the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19. In may, the President announced that the vote will take place on 1 July.

Putin is preparing an appeal to the Russians

Some time ago, a Gennady I. Rudyak filed in BC administrative claim in which demanded to recognize Putin’s decree on the vote on the constitutional amendments of July 1, invalid. A defendant in the suit is the President. The Supreme court has registered a claim. Now it will examine the judge, and then decide on acceptance of the claim to the production or non-acceptance.

June 10 sun refused to accept a similar claim from a certain Victor Masarikova, and yesterday it became known that the Moscow city Duma Eugene Stupin and Oleg Sheremet, a political scientist Valery Solovey and lawyer Sergey Bocharov has served in the armed forces, the claim about the same.
