According to the results, “Gazprom” was charged with violation of the Antimonopoly legislation of Poland. From the point of view of the Polish regulator, Gazprom had to agree with Management a deal with European partners (OMV, Wintershall, Shell, Uniper and Engie) on the construction of “Nord stream-2,” since the implementation of the project may lead to restriction of competition.
