The head of the Central election Commission (CEC) of Russia Ella Pamfilova said that appearing fakes in connection with the vote on the amendments to the Constitution are part of a planned and well prepared action.
“I know this is totally planned, well-prepared action… every day we have a provocation of some kind. Well, in war as in war, it is their right, it makes our task to beat them with arguments and facts and exposes” she said on air of the First channel.
According to Pamfilova, we are talking about those who knowingly publishes false information.
“Before we trudged in the agenda, which they asked, and we had to make excuses. Now we have learned how to seize and shape your information flow and to beat the hand, but there’s a problem,” — said the CEC head.
Previously a member of the CEC Evgeny Shevchenko noted a large number of false news in connection with the vote on the amendments to the Constitution.
