DUH Now suing the regulator, in 2018 issued the construction permit for the onshore and offshore section of the pipeline “Nord stream-2”. German environmentalists believe that in the course of issuance of the permit was not properly assessed the environmental risks. According to them, methane leaks need to be assessed not only in relation to the “Nord stream 2” as a whole, from production to transportation of gas across the pipeline.

Now DUH insists on the suspension of the building permit at the time of the next trial.
