The Moscow state construction supervision issued a permit for the construction of the first stage of Technopark with a multi-functional research and production complex on Warsaw highway, a permit issued prior to may 22, 2022. This was reported in the press service of the Moscow state construction supervision.

“a permit for the construction of the first stage of Technopark with a multi-functional research and production complex in southern Moscow. Permission is decorated with validity till 22 may 2022,” – leads the press service quoted Chairman of mosgosstroynadzor Oleg Antosenko.

It is noted that the object will build on the Warsaw highway, d. 36 (southern, mountainous) at the expense of the investor.

“the Complex will consist of four buildings and auxiliary structures to implement the project on creation of business-production centre “Technopark”. The first phase includes construction of a 20-storey building with a total area of over 60 thousand sq m. the Building of complex configuration to its lower part located along the Warsaw highway. From the first to the 12th floor the building is designed in a single volume, with 13 floor – splits into two towers. The business center will include office space on the first floor equipped with dining and relaxation areas. In a two-storey underground part will create Parking for 389 Parking spaces”, – stated in the message.

Explains that the first phase will also build the entrances to the territory, own boiler-house and transformer substation. The adjacent territory will arrange well and plant trees and shrubs, arrange walkways, rest areas, install benches and urns, create a guest Parking, a car wash.

“On behalf of Sergey Sobyanin, the Moscow state construction supervision pays special attention to the quality and safety of construction. In the construction of scientific-industrial complex on Warsaw highway inspections will cover all phases of construction.
