Moscow. April 29. INTERFAX.RU — the Leader of “Fair Russia” Sergey Mironov called on the authorities of regions to abandon the introduction of penalties for citizens who do not wear masks in shops and transport is to ensure the availability of protective equipment.

Mironov, quoted in press service “Fair Russia”, said that the imposition of such fines “into a single exaction for citizens and puts them in unrealistic conditions”.

“All know to what heights during the epidemic soared prices for medical masks, and buy them often anywhere. The impression that somebody, using the situation, decided to earn additionally and separately taken territories is lobbying for the development of a new market,” — said the leader of the socialist party.

In early April, Amur announced the introduction of fines for citizens in the amount of one thousand to 30 thousand rubles for failure to perform duties wearing masks. Requirement wearing masks entered in the Lipetsk region. The governors of the Sverdlovsk and Kaluga regions also announced the introduction of fines for not wearing the masks.
