“They come with wheels to make decisions, the discussion of which, we thought, well, maybe it will take six months to a year. Because, that is, it is not pushed in the back. Now the situation is completely different. They had to take a number of decisions. It is clear that these solutions are not perfect, but it’s still certain decisions”, – said Medvedev.

He added that in the future the “United Russia” will need to find a reasonable balance between such secondary legislation regulation, “caused by short-term needs,” the regulation of labor in the changed situation, and the fundamental provisions based on international conventions on labor, on labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

“It is quite advanced for a number of other spheres of regulation, we cannot afford to lose it. Therefore, all that otkrestilsya now empirically, should then be transferred to the Labour code, the law on employment, to other acts of higher legal force, to include design, designed for prolonged use”, – concluded the leader of the EP.
