Medvedev sent Mishustin plan to support the business

The Chairman of the "United Russia" Dmitry Medvedev has written to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin proposals to support small and medium enterprises and socially oriented NGOs in the period of the pandemic coronavirus, the press service of the party.

"I Ask you to consider and to include in the government of the Russian Federation on preparation of additional measures to support small and medium businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations, we offer party "United Russia" a complex of measures", – reads the statement of the Chairman of the party.

Among the measures to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) party proposes to change the mechanisms for assignment of businesses to the most affected by the pandemic industries. It is also proposed to expand the list of the most affected sectors of the economy, distributed "tax holidays" not just for SMEs but for all businesses of the affected industries.

In support of non-profit organizations the EP proposes to provide financial assistance to those most affected by the pandemic NGOs to pay salaries to employees, to provide preferential loans at 0% for this purpose to allow deferral of all taxes except VAT, to limit the size of acquiring commissions for online donations to charities at no more than 1%.

Earlier Medvedev held a series of meetings with representatives of the business community and nonprofit organizations at the site of the situational center of the EP. The topic of discussion was the support of these industries in the period of the pandemic coronavirus.
