In the library named after N. And. Nekrasov during digitizing collections of postcards, they discovered correspondence of the family of the famous architect Fyodor Shechtel. It had not previously been described and have never been published.

the Main participants in the correspondence is the wife of Fyodor Schechtel Schechtel Natalia (Regina), daughters Vera and Catherine (kitty), brother of Natalia Timofeevna Nicholas T. Zhegin and spouse Faith Sergey Tonkov.

All library staff found 22 postcards that are dated different years. Presumably, they were transferred to the funds in the 1970-1980-ies. With ten cards, the readers can already find on the library website.

Fyodor Shekhtel (Franz-albert Schechtel) — architect, painter and graphic artist, representative of the direction “modern” in architecture.
