Residents of the Nadterechny district of the Chechen Republic has noticed in the region with the Federal troops. The accumulation of military vehicles, in particular trucks, and tent cities noticed in the vicinity of villages of the Brotherly Beno-Yurt, znam. This became known to “Novaya Gazeta”.
According to sources of the newspaper, in the power structures of the district were not aware of the emergence of the military and “tentatively suggested that this doctrine”. At the same time, writes “Novaya Gazeta”, all exercises are made by the interdepartmental order, so the local units know about the dates of deployment and objectives. In addition, it is specified that all the teachings are usually held on grounds of the Nadterechny district.
On April 17 the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has declared strict quarantine on the territory of the Republic on the weekend to combat the spread of coronavirus. To be outside was allowed only doctors, road builders, utility workers and emergency services, as well as having a special pass. Earlier on the territory of Chechnya was forbidden to leave the house and use the services on Sundays.
As of April 21, in Chechnya recorded 303 cases of infection with coronavirus, died five people, recovered 19. The total number of infection cases in Russia exceeded 52 thousand.
