Warming in the European part of Russia will come next week, said the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center Roman Vilfand.

According to him, on Tuesday, August 18, “cold wave” will be gone, and the temperature will be “confidently above 20 degrees”. In this case the background temperature will still be below normal in one-half degree, and soon hot weather should be expected. “It will be normal this August weather,” he added.
Earlier Vilfand warned the inhabitants of the Central Russia, to the middle of this week coming cold, overcast and intermittent rain. Temperatures will be below normal by three to four degrees.
