In the Adygea Republic in the framework of the national project approved by the regional project “Housing”, which provides by 2024, to enter 2.1 million square meters of living space. In the past year the region has already put into operation 257 thousand square meters of housing, which is 137,4 percent to the figure in 2018. The expected commissioning of housing this year will exceed 262 thousand square meters, of which 154 thousand square meters of apartment housing.
In the transition to project financing of particular relevance is the increase in construction of individual houses, which in turn requires the availability of engineering infrastructure on the land plots allocated for these purposes.
“In the framework of implementation of the plan for socio-economic development for this year laid almost 86 million rubles for the development of municipalities of the design-budget documentation. I set the task before the leaders of the territories to complete this work before the end of the year to the following year to start the construction of engineering networks. This will help our residents in developing land plots allotted for individual housing construction”, – said the head of RA in comments to the media.
for the resettlement of dilapidated housing in Adygea, according to the Federal project before the first of September 2025 it is planned to resettle 7.9 thousand square meters of dilapidated housing, recognized as such until the first of January 2017.
2019-2021 years, the Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services allocated 67 million rubles. In the past year have been resettled 512 square meters of dilapidated housing, the end of the year is expected to more resettlement of 830 square meters, while the planned figure kadratnykh 720 meters. Only until 31 December 2021, ahead for the year, it is planned to resettle about 2,000 square meters of dilapidated housing, where 50 families.
