The arbitration court of the Moscow district confirmed the illegality of giving Chernomyrdin Mary, the granddaughter of former Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin, land with two houses in the village of Gorki-10 on Rublevo-Uspensky highway. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

Previously illegal donation acknowledged in the arbitration court of Moscow and the Ninth arbitration appeal court, but Chernomyrdin sent a cassation appeal against these judgments. The arbitration court of the Moscow district, however, upheld the position of the judges who previously heard the case. Thus, the granddaughter Chernomyrdin lost another court for expensive real estate.

A cottage on the ruble was donated to Chernomyrdin her father Vitaly Chernomyrdin. The latter in April 2018 was declared bankrupt on the application of Bank VTB. The Declaration of acceptance of donation null and void filed financial property Manager Vitaly Chernomyrdin. Controversial real estate transactions, according to the Manager, were held between stakeholders — a father and daughter, when Chernomyrdin was already insolvent. Thus, he had no right to abandon these objects and give them to anyone.
