Working hours in Russia is considered hourly. If you divide the maximum stipulated by the labor law 40 hours, not five, but four days, the employment will increase.

Experts pointed out that in the period of self-isolation, the Russians squandered of accumulation and, on the contrary, more willing to work if it will enhance earnings. Meanwhile, experts predict an increase in labor incomes of Russians to the end of the year. The Ministry said that in the third quarter, the growth rate of the number of unemployed people will decrease, and at the beginning of the fourth quarter, the situation will begin to stabilize.
