As told by the Bank Manager in the region of Yevgeny Levin, small and medium enterprises of the most affected sectors have received assistance for a total amount of 488 million rubles. Thus, in the framework of the state program of lending companies on the payment of wages to employees (resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 422) the Bank has concluded agreements with 21 enterprises in the amount of 38 million rubles. These loans are issued for a minimum package of documents for the period up to 12 months: first six months – the rate is zero percent, then under 2.5 percent per annum. In addition, VTB in Tambov region restructured loans to representatives of small and medium businesses to 573 million rubles – own programs and through government measures.

the Bank is actively working on the design of the loans at two percent under the decree of the RF government No. 696. While maintaining a staff of more than 80 per cent – repayment from 50 to 100 percent of the debt will be made by the state. To date under this program VTB in Tambov region has completed over 60 transactions in the amount of 212 million rubles.

under the program, borrowers are guaranteed the deferral of payments on the loan until December 28, 2020, and under the conditions of the program, the period of grace may be extended. In the case of maintaining at least 90 percent of their state employees the state will be repaid 100 percent of the debt to the Bank. If the company will retain the number of employees at 80 percent or more will be charged 50 percent of the debt and interest thereon.

– We interact daily with entrepreneurs of the region and are well aware of the impact of the pandemic on their business. So as quickly as possible connected to all government programs support. I hope that concessional financing will allow the business gradually recovered after the lifting of restrictions associated with COVID-19 – said Levin.

At the same time on six months you can arrange a preferential rate: a third of a cent to extinguish the state, another third – Bank.

Also clients of VTB is entitled to receive a deferment of payments on contracts executed prior to April 2020 in the framework of the Federal law № 106. The Bank must apply before September 30, 2020.

Ongoing preferential lending under other programs of support (e.g. the Ministry of agriculture or Corporations SMEs).

the Bank also implements its own programs customer segment of small and medium businesses. For example, from 30 March to customers of small and micro-business are invited to use a special product “Credit for restoration of business” and “Business-restructuring”. Is refinancing to pay off the amount of the current debt as the debt principal and interest, commissions, etc. for up to ten years. In this case the borrower can be granted deferral of loan payments for up to six months. The rate is determined individually depending on the current rates under the contract. For funding customers, it is sufficient to contact the Bank and provide a simplified package of documents, – said Yevgeny Levin. – The possible lifting of sanctions for non-performance by the customer of other obligations under the transactions (maintenance of balance of account, submission of documents, implementation of financial indicators…). For small businesses, a program of restructuring of loans: we arrange new loan to repay current debts for a period of up to ten years, providing a grace period up to six months.

Recipients of the Express credits from among microenterprises may also restructure the debt on individual conditions, providing the Tambov branch of VTB simplified package of documents.

For individuals available vacation credit. In Tambov this has benefited 754 client VTB, received a reprieve on the payment of a debt to 418 million rubles. In the framework of the law No. 106-FZ, deferred payment on cash loans, mortgages and car loans for a period of up to six months can apply for borrowers who because of the pandemic, went to the hospital, were not able to return from abroad or lost more than a third of monthly income.

– Our Bank and similar implements its own program support, but with enhanced limits in the Tambov region on a vacation mortgage you can apply for the loan amount to three million rubles, on cash loans – up to two on car loans – up to 1.5. That is the main part of customers facing financial difficulties, have availed themselves of this opportunity. Since June 8, VTB extended the opportunity to use vacation credit until September 30 (i.e. for three months) and simplified the application procedure for a deferment on the loan. The vast majority of borrowers in the Tambov region now do not have to accept a decrease in income if the balance of the debt at the time of treatment does not exceed consumer and car loans – 750 thousand on the mortgage to two million. The rest is enough to confirm that the income has decreased by 20, 30 percent.

Today, the Bank is leading position in the financial market of the Tambov region. In the first quarter, VTB loan portfolio amounted to 20.6 billion rubles, the volume of liabilities – 14 billion. Thus the corporate loan portfolio increased by 21 percent, the portfolio of attracted funds 15 percent. In the retail segment, the increase amounted to five and three per cent for lending and attracting funds, respectively.

– Considering the economic situation, we expect a slowdown in our business in the Tambov region, – summarized Evgeny Levin. – The results of the first quarter laid the Foundation for its further development. It is critical for us to minimize the effects of the pandemic on its clients, and today we are largely focused on helping customers affected by the pandemic – both citizens and businesses.
