the biggest day of voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation — it is also the last day when you can do it on 1 July. On this day, the polling stations of Moscow and the whole country will work in the usual format, but the epidemiological precautions. From 25 to 30 June, a vote was held in alternative formats — online (such a procedure was possible only in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region) and ahead of schedule. Such diversity of electoral forms are also designed in order to prevent congestion at the polling stations.

General Director of scientific production company “MT-MODUL”, honored worker of industry of Moscow Andrey Titov, who visited the polls during early voting, said that he himself will come to vote in the classical format, 1 July.

During early voting, according to the MP, he visited the polling stations; many of his friends have already voted early or online. All that is currently known about the voting procedure, says the highest degree of security, stressed Titov.

“And early voting and especially electronic was very handy now during a pandemic, says the MP. No crowds in areas not, and never will, because the flow is smoothly distributed across the multiple days of work of the PEC. And the online format has given the opportunity to vote and those who do not want to go to crowded places”.

two additional good format and from the point of view of the protection of voting: for honesty online procedures are in technology, which is built taking into account votes, and during early voting, the flow of visitors on sites is so low that the observers are in control every single moment of work of the Commission.

I’m a man of the old Soviet school, and for me since childhood any vote is not just a civic duty, but also a small ritual. I remember how parents used to take me to the polls, it was always at least a little, but the occasion. And I am especially pleased that the family tradition continues: recently I asked my adult daughter if she remembered how we went to vote, even when she was not above the table. Was — remembers. For us the day of voting will be another good occasion to be together and with each other and with the whole country.

– If I had the ability, I would try to vote in all formats, – laughs Andrey Titov. – No wonder we Zelenograd, consider ourselves the most technologically advanced region of Moscow. We first introduce adaptive traffic signals, automatic conductor in buses, and in 2019 it is our constituency was the pioneerom online voting.
