In the Samara region continues to work on retraining and advanced training of employees of the enterprises – participants of the national project “Productivity and support employment.” Contracts with 21 company training 510 specialists.
This became possible in connection with the gradual lifting of the measures, explained in the Ministry of labour, employment and migration policy of the region. Now started training 299 workers, 173 people have completed the training.

As explained by the head of the personnel Department of the enterprise Evgeny Nesterov, the plant was included in the group of companies “rostech”, which has mandatory requirements for qualification of employees. The training gave the opportunity not only to observe these requirements and to improve the professional level of employees, but more importantly – to compensate the material cost for their training.
Sergey Gorokhov works in a factory by the forklift operator for seven years. He was one of the first courses of the Volga center of business and technical education named Murzin. Lessons on driving, said the driver, were trained by the instructors on the modern analogue loaders.
Head of commercial Department Andrey Popov has raised its proforeign in procurement. Specialist readily agreed to the courses, because the financial legislation is changing rapidly. The training helped him quickly master novelties in the sphere of public procurement.
