Utah, Idaho and Wisconsin

These three states have no legalisation activity regarding sports betting. Utah is an anti-gambling state and it is even written in the states constitution. The anti-gambling stance in the state regards sports betting, lottery tickets and even table games. We should not get our hopes up on any legalization in these states in any near future.
