Today, Putin held a meeting of the presidential Council for strategic development and national projects. Vice-Premier of Russia Marat Khusnullin took part in it. At some point he uttered the phrase “Money is”.
“I’m happy, but, on the other hand, a little alarming. We should not, like the sower the money pour, not knowing what the return from these investments”, — said Putin.
In his speech Khusnullin said that the main target of the national project “Housing and the urban environment”, the input is 120 million square meters of housing and improvement of living conditions of five million families per year can be achieved by 2026-2027 year with very hard work and the fulfillment of certain conditions, and the task of the national project for the development of the urban environment may be exceeded.
