MOSCOW, April 10. /TASS/ — According to the survey, 84% of Russians stopped seeing friends, 69% from elderly relatives, 80% refused to walk.

the Majority of Russians (84%) in the period of the pandemic coronavirus have limited contact with others and ceased to participate in personal meetings. Compared with the survey from March 26, this share increased by 27 percentage points (PP), according to a survey by the all-Russia centre of studying of public opinion (VTSIOM), published on the website of the center on Friday.

“84% of Russians stopped seeing friends, 69% from elderly relatives, 80% refused to walk. The reason and purpose — reducing the risk of spread of the coronavirus,” — said in the message.

Meeting with elderly relatives and friends limited 69% of Russians in the capital is 75%. Tactile contacts limited 69% of the citizens, almost half of respondents (49%) actually stopped doing it, 20% try to do it rarely. In the capital to shake each others hand or hug stopped 77% of the population.
