the President of Russia signed Executive order on lump sum payments to certain categories of Russian citizens, permanently residing on the territories of Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Transnistria, in connection with 75-th anniversary of Victory.

The disabled, veterans, former underage prisoners of concentration camps, widows (widowers) of military killed during the war with Finland, great Patriotic war, wars with Japan, widows (widowers) of the died invalids and participants of great Patriotic war – in the amount of 75 000 rubles.
