In Moscow for 10 years, the detection of skin cancer at an early stage increased from 71 percent in 2008 to 82 percent in 2018.

This result was achieved also thanks to the program “Early diagnosis and prevention of cutaneous melanoma in the city of Moscow”, said chief freelance specialist on dermatology and cosmetology of the Department of health of Moscow, Director of the Moscow scientific and practical center of Dermatovenereology and cosmetology Nikolay Potekaev.
